The court passed European Payment Order and obligated merchant to pay.

EuroClaim successfully assisted a client in getting back money paid for the digital software. The client reached EuroClaim and explained that after the digital software acquisition, he did not get what was promised in the product description. The client tried to reach a merchant, but the merchant did not agree to refund the client. European Payment Order instrument helped to get money back.

The consumer is residing in France, meanwhile the company from which digital software was acquired is established in China. EuroClaim was able to identify that even though the company is established in China it uses a legal entity established in the Netherlands for the payments collection.

In connection with the above, EuroClaim prepared a European Payment Order and sent it to a Dutch court. The court made a decision and obliged the merchant to refund money, as well as to cover legal costs suffered by the consumer.
